As a customer you will work with a dedicated team that remains with your account, including:
- Sales Representative. Responsible for initial order set-up and on-going relationship management.
- Account Manager. Primary point of contact for processing orders, scheduling production, status inquiries, revisions.
- Engineer. Dedicated engineer to process your CAD data so your project can be manufactured.

- Quarterly Business Reviews. We will schedule quarterly business reviews to review quality, service & delivery. These can be in-depth formal meetings, or quick phone calls. Either way, we are proactive in meeting your needs as a customer.
- Quality Reports. We are able to schedule regular reports for you as a customer, including reports such as First Pass Yield, Functional Test Reports and more.
- On-Time Delivery. Our system is able to track every project. We ensure we meet your shipment deadlines, and are able to provide on-time delivery reports as part of our quarterly business reviews.
- Relationship Management. We utilize CRM software to track every interaction so that you can be assured a consistent and reliable experience.
